Digital Cloud Solution Architect - Arabic/English Speaker

The Digital Customer Success team drives growth for Microsoft by helping customers realize the value of the Microsoft Cloud, leveraging Dynamics 365 to engage customers, collaborate globally, and acquire and retain new business.

As a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA), you will be part of the next generation of sales leaders at Microsoft. You will shape customer relationships for a strategic set of Microsoft’s customers, serving as the central point of contact across engagements to drive cloud and enterprise consumption.

Responsibilities
* Business Relationship Owner: Build coalition of IT and business stakeholders with the customer. Define specific technology outcomes aligned to customer strategy.
* Portfolio Management: Manage a dedicated portfolio of customers while preventing churn.
* Operational Excellence: Follow processes, systems, and documentation; identify issues or barriers to efficiency. Recommend improvements and partner to implement Azure solutions.
* Consumption: Analyze customer usage versus needs; drive greater cloud and support consumption based on usage and needs. Provide guidance and recommendations to optimize customer consumption.
* Technical Acumen: Apply technical knowledge and customer insights to create a modernization roadmap. Architect solutions to meet business and IT needs, ensuring resources and viability for new projects and deployments.
* Executive Presence: Engage and influence decision makers by providing insights to define and realize digital and business transformational targets. Influence others to prioritize efforts and resolve systemic issues.
* Technical Leadership: Leverage best practices to guide customer strategy and growth, cultivate Microsoft program/solution affinity, and provide feedback on customer development needs and blockers.
Qualifications
Required:
* Sales and negotiation experience, technical architect/consulting, design and implementation, or related work or internship experience, or equivalent experience.
Technical
* Experience in architecture design, networking, container services, data center migrations, or database administration; design/architecture experience in data analytics, development, cloud-based solution designs, migrations, or management of technology.
* Relevant certifications from Microsoft or comparable platforms (e.g., AZ104 + AZ303/304/305, DP-203/204 or equivalent; AWS, GCP).
Education
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with relevant experience in sales/architecture/consulting or related work.
Preferred: Fluency in Arabic.
