* You will coordinate and manage the bid process for construction projects in line with the company's brand, position, and processes.

About this Role
1. Bring creativity and leadership to oversee tenders to successfully win new contracts.
2. Develop & co-ordinate bid-winning strategies. Format and manage pre-contract programmes relating to bids, agreeing works duration with contracts teams.
3. Audit client briefs. Coordinate design, sales, and sub-contractors to ensure design and costs certification ready for input into bid documentation.
