Sligo Here at Osborne, we are hiring for a proactive & detail-oriented Executive Assistant for one of our clients based in Sligo.
In this role, youll support their mission to drive investment and growth across the Northwest Regioncovering Donegal, Sligo, Leitrim, and the broader Border Region (Cavan and Monaghan).

Sligo (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, fully onsite during initial training period) Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent role Annual Leave: 22 days (pro rata) Starting Salary:€27,304 per annum Key Responsibilities: Executive Support: Manage diaries, schedule meetings, handle phone and email queries and assist with logistics for regional visits and events.
Project Coordination: Help organise itineraries and engagements for strategic development initiatives and investor visits.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality materials including reports, presentations, case studies, infographics and promotional content.
Data & Reporting: Keep databases (e.g., CRM/Salesforce) accurate and up to date, generate weekly reports and support performance analysis.
Office Management: Oversee day-to-day admin tasks such as invoice processing, document formatting and communications.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with clients, local partners and other stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications & Experience: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Confidence working with digital tools and a general familiarity with social media platforms.
Ability to stay calm and focused when managing multiple tasks or tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills and a professional approach to working with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Openness to learning new systems, such as CRM tools like Salesforce.
A third-level qualification is desirable.
Experience using design and content tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or In Design.
Some understanding of regional business development or a strong interest in Irelands economic landscape.
A full, clean driving licence is desirable.
Willingness to occasionally travel and work outside regular office hours when required.
