Job Description:
The Head of Finance will be responsible for overseeing the financial services department, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. They will work closely with key executive members to inform business strategy decisions. Key responsibilities include finance business partnering, FP&A (cost and revenue performance), commercial support, and liaison with Risk. The successful candidate will also oversee external financial reporting, internal financial reporting, tax management, treasury functions, and ad hoc projects within the organization.
* Candidates must have experience as a current or recent Head of Finance or Deputy Head of Finance role + 2 directs so that they can effectively manage strong performance.
* Able to handle C-Suite level stakeholders daily.
* Familiarity with global matrix structures is essential.
