Engineering GraduateThe Engineering Graduate is responsible for assisting with the safe efficient operation and maintenance of all the engineering systems in line with the relevant auditing (e.g. HPRA\FDA) and safety standards. Own, control and manage various project deliverables throughout the facility to deliver compliant systems capable of safe and continuous supplies to all points and users without interruption or impact. Ensure a safe and compliant sustaining operation of all Engineering systems. Assist in the consistent application of the site wide maintenance, calibration and validation philosophy. Our mission is to accelerate and transform discovery, development, and manufacturing in the rapidly growing field of biologics to benefit patients worldwide.Your Responsibilities:Develop towards an SME for an Engineering system.Drives the consistent application of maintenance systems, procedures, standards and best practice across the various production and support areas to ensure continuous and reliable supply of Engineering systems across the site.Develop and champion continuous improvement programs that increase the performance and reliability of Engineering equipment and systems.Develops mechanisms for monitoring, trending, and reporting all Engineering equipment and system's performance. Conduct analysis of Bad Actors and drive a programme to improve reliability of equipment.Support Engineering AIS, Facilities, PEV, Plant, Projects, and Utility departments as required.Project work with regard to specification, scope definition, budget preparation, detailed engineering design, purchasing, inspection, validation, installation and commissioning of all new machinery and buildings. Encourage and participate actively in teamwork and integration within Engineering Department and with Manufacturing, Operations and QA/QC.Participate in risk assessments, inspections, audits, incident investigations, etc. and implement and followup related CAPA's.Lead Deviation investigations within the Engineering department. Use lean six sigma tools to drive root cause analysis and CAPA completion.Support audits on the Engineering systems and associate Compliance/Safety programs, ensuring compliance with Safety, Quality, Environmental Regulatory and Corporate requirements.Perform all duties in accordance with GMP requirements, SOPs and controlled documents.Will be flexible to take on additional tasks and responsibilities at the discretion of the Engineering Associate Director.Will act as a role model for the Engineering function and the wider organisation in adherence to the WuXi corporate core values and PROUD culture.Support safety, environmental and ESG programmes.
