As a Day Service Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care delivery that focuses on promoting the best lives of the people we support.
* You will encourage a collaborative culture among your team and promote ongoing focus on their care needs.
* Understand and deliver on our vision, mission, and values while assuming management responsibilities in the absence of the person in charge.
* Foster development opportunities for team members at all times.

The role is rewarding and enjoyable, allowing individuals to participate in various activities like gardening, arts/crafts, and more on-site at the day service and assisting with activities and day trips in the community.
