Job Opportunity: To lead and manage all maintenance activities across the site, ensuring optimal performance of equipment and tooling in alignment with production demands.
This includes planning, coordinating, and executing preventative maintenance to guarantee the reliability and efficiency of our operations.
The role involves supervision of all employees within the department, monitoring their performance, quality of workmanship, and dealing with HR issues that may arise.
You will optimize equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality, ensuring achievement of all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively.
Manage maintenance material costs, stay current on changes affecting supply and demand of products and materials needed, and advise others of any impact.
Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility, conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department, and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
