We are looking for a PMO Analyst to support project, reporting, and coordination across multiple initiatives.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience working with cross-functional teams.
Previous exposure to Administrative functions and digital or IT projects is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of in-flight projects, ensuring they remain on track and aligned with business goals Manage projects through the service introduction process, engaging with relevant Group stakeholders Coordinate the activities of assigned business analysts and solutions across each project Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure all business readiness activities are completed Monitor and manage the project Provide regular weekly and monthly project reporting Prepare papers and decision documents to support key stakeholders Potential involvement in managing new projects as they are initiated Skills and Experience Required: Proven experience in project management, ideally within digital or IT-driven environments.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams Skilled in documentation, reporting, and preparing board-level papers Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience working on digital IT or transformation projects is highly desirable Experience in the Health & Wellness sector is a plus, but not essential.
