* Lead safety culture and spearhead prevention strategies.
* Analyse incident data and develop mitigation plans.
* Investigate incidents; produce reports for learning.
* Coordinate risk assessments and address concerns.
* Represent the company at public forums and stakeholder meetings.
* Organise Anti-Social Behaviour Task Force discussions.
* Deliver incident management training and support operations.
* Collaborate on safety campaigns and technology deployments.
* Maintain safety documentation and support compliance systems.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
* Report writing and data analysis experience.
* Proven track record in safety campaigns and meeting KPIs.
