Part-Time Visual Merchandiser
on a seasonal contract.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain seasonal visual merchandising concepts across all store locations.
Collaborate with store managers and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency in all displays.
Create attractive, innovative, and on-brand product presentations to maximize sales.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of displays and suggest improvements.
Ensure all visual merchandising materials are properly maintained, organized, and replenished.
Assist in the setup of promotional campaigns, special events, and seasonal launches.
Provide training and guidance to store staff on visual merchandising standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Interior Design, Retail Management, or related field.
Strong sense of aesthetics, color theory, and design principles.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in basic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing trends and store requirements.
Experience
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail visual merchandising or related field.
Experience in seasonal or promotional campaigns is highly desirable.
Prior work in large retail chains or multinational companies will be an advantage.
Working Hours
Part-time position with flexible hours during peak seasons.
Will require weekend and holiday availability depending on promotional schedules.

Strong understanding of visual merchandising trends and customer behavior.
Ability to translate brand identity into creative visual displays.
