Job Title: Senior Contracts Manager – Construction
Job Description:
This role oversees the strategic management of contracts for large-scale construction projects. It involves leading a team to ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and managing contracts, subcontracts, and framework agreements with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
A key aspect of this role is providing commercial and contractual advice to senior leadership, project managers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
* Negotiate and manage construction contracts, subcontracts, and framework agreements.
* Provide expert advice on contract administration, cost control, and risk management.
* Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting frameworks for contract performance.
* Collaborate with project teams, legal, procurement, and finance to ensure seamless execution of contracts.
Requirements & Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Law, Engineering, or related discipline.
* At least 10 years' experience in contracts management within the construction industry, including large-scale or complex projects.
* Proven track record of successfully managing disputes, claims, and contract negotiations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong financial and commercial acumen with profit and loss awareness.

€90,000.00-€120,000.00 per annum, dependent on experience.
