Role – Commercial Account Executive – Kilkenny
You will be responsible for retaining and developing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients. This role is suited to a positive and proactive self-starter. Hard work, determination, and commitment will ensure your success within this role. The position is based in our Kilkenny office with the possibility to work remotely on a hybrid basis after the initial training period.
Your Responsibilities
1. Achieve monthly retention and new business targets.
2. Proactively build your sales pipeline.
3. Become an expert in your target area.
4. Grow and develop niche knowledge in new business sectors.
Skills / Knowledge
1. Proven sales and negotiation skills.
2. Excellent customer service experience.
3. Ability to network and build relationships.
4. Proactive approach to managing your accounts.
5. Market and competitor insight.
Qualifications and Experience
1. CIP, APA Commercial, or Grandfathered Qualification.
2. Minimum 3 years experience in a commercial insurance role as a broker or in an insurance company (Fleets, Liability, Property, Farm, Motor Trade, Retail, PI, Cyber).
