Electrical Package Owner Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Package Owner to join our team on a large-scale Pharmaceutical Construction project in Dublin.
This employee-owned, international project delivery firm prides itself on delivering complex projects with a focus on safety, quality, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Compliance and Safety Monitoring: Promote adherence to the Construction Safety & Health Plan and Environmental Management plans.
* Site Activities Coordination: Monitor day-to-day site activities of contractors to ensure safety, quality, schedule, cost, and documentation.
* Weekly Meetings and Coordination: Participate in weekly Safety/Co-ordination meetings and be aware of output from 4-week lookahead meeting.
* Commissioning Team Coordination: Ensure work is coordinated with the commissioning team during the turnover phase.
Scope of Work:
* Familiarity with Contract Scope: Be fully familiar with the contract scope, technical documentation package, contract price details, and fabrication/supply/construction programme.
* Quality Control: Monitor the implementation of the Contractors' Quality plan and carry out daily inspections of the works to ensure required standards are achieved.
