 
        
        The Role:
As Sustainability Analyst, you will play a key role in collecting, analysing, and reporting ESG and sustainability data, while supporting presentations, trainings, events, and initiatives. You will support the Sustainability Manager on key initiatives while working independently across teams, helping drive Glanua's sustainability impact.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
 * Collect, validate, and analyse ESG and sustainability data across the organisation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
 * Prepare reports, dashboards, and communications to support internal management, client reporting, and regulatory compliance.
 * Design, maintain, and improve sustainability reporting processes.
 * Collaborate across teams and with external stakeholders to gather data and promote sustainability objectives.
 * Support CSR initiatives, training development, presentations, and sustainability-related events.
 * Contribute to ESG strategy execution, including carbon tracking, reduction initiatives, and alignment with standards such as GHG Protocol, SBTi, CSRD/ESRS, and other frameworks.
 * Assist with assurance, audit, and compliance activities as required.
 * Monitor developments in ESG and sustainability reporting standards and sector best practices.
 * Undertake additional sustainability-related tasks and projects as required.
 * Occasional travel to sites across Ireland and the UK to support data collection, ESG initiatives, and stakeholder engagement.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
 * Bachelors or master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or another discipline with strong analytical and data skills.
 * Very strong data collection, analysis and excel skills are essential.
 * Experience with Power BI or other data visualisation tools is a plus.
 * Excellent attention to detail, initiative, and ability to work independently.
 * Confident communicator capable of liaising directly with internal teams and external stakeholders.
 * Flexible and proactive, able to adjust to evolving team needs.
 * Familiarity with GHG Protocol, SBTi and CSRD/ESRS is desirable.
 * Genuine interest in sustainability and ESG, with a motivation to help drive positive environmental and social impact.
