Job Title: Guest Services Manager
This senior leadership role is focused on developing and implementing a service ethos at the firm.
* The Guest Services Manager will oversee a team of 7 based at Dublin city centre offices of one of the largest consultancy firms in the world, introducing and delivering their vision for customer welcome hosting, central reservations, assisting with event management and overall guest experience.
The successful candidate must ensure that we consistently provide value through strong relationships built with clients' teams and key stakeholders within Portico by monitor and review data to identify areas for improvement, providing intended strategic innovation & oversight to evolve services to clients. The successful candidate must also lead by example in terms of professionalism, integrity & work ethic. Above all else they must deliver results through proactive engagement & feedback from our valued client base so they can make informed decisions about their relationship with us.
