Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accounts for partner review, reconciling balance sheet control accounts and preparing Value Added Tax returns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
* Reconcile balance sheet account discrepancies and investigate any irregularities.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accountancy practice.
* Part Qualified Accountant or Accounting Technician qualification advantageous.
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
* Experience with Sage Accounts Production and Thesaurus Payroll required.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
