Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders in delivering high-quality social housing projects.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Oversight of all construction aspects, ensuring compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and social value commitments.
* Manage procurement processes, selecting and negotiating contracts with contractors and consultants.
* Monitor project finances, including cost control, budget reporting, and approvals for payments.
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality of work and adherence to project specifications.
* Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
* Effective communication with stakeholders, including residents, local authorities, funders, and internal teams.
* Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in construction methods and sustainability practices.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
* Previous experience working in the residential or social housing sector.
* Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
* Strong understanding of construction methods, building regulations, and social value principles.
* Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Proficient in construction software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
* A valid Construction Safety Passport (CSCS) or equivalent qualification.

This role requires frequent site visits throughout Dublin and further afield. Hybrid working arrangements are available with a competitive salary and benefits package and 24 days annual leave + service leave.
