Operational Director Role
This is a pivotal leadership position for an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to make a significant impact across all operational departments.
* Plan, direct and oversee the safe, efficient and profitable day-to-day operation of the hotel establishment.
* Maintain the highest standards of product and service quality.
* Provide strategic leadership and direction to Heads of Department and senior managers.
* Communicate effectively with the management team through regular meetings and one-to-one updates.
Main Responsibilities
* Operations Management: Maintain all aspects of daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage services.
* Financial Management: Contribute to the annual business plan and budget preparation.
* Human Resources & Training: Oversee recruitment, training, and development of operational managers and supervisors.
* Health & Safety: Ensure full compliance with fire, food safety, and health regulations.
