My Client is looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Estimator to join their team!
In this role, you will play a crucial part in the estimation process for their projects, helping them deliver top-quality service to their clients.
As an Estimator, you will work alongside the sales and project management teams to analyse project specifications and provide accurate cost estimations.
Your contributions will ensure that all projects stay on budget and on schedule, while maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

Responsibilities Review project plans and specifications to understand requirements and scopeCalculate the quantities and costs of materials, labour, and equipment needed for window and door installationsPrepare detailed and accurate estimates for various projectsCollaborate closely with sales and project management teams to ensure alignment on project goalsNegotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best deals for our clientsProvide input on budget management and assist with tracking project costsHelp resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the estimation processRequirements Proven experience as an estimator in the construction industry, preferably with MetalworkStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clientsProficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of building codes and regulations related to windows and doorsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challengesDue to the urgency of this vacancy, it is not possible for our client at this time to consider anyone without the appropriate work permits, visas or sponsorship's already in place.
