Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Kildare, Ireland
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale residential development based in Kildare.
About the Project
This project will involve the construction of multiple housing units and associated amenities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all on-site operations, ensuring the project is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is carried out in line with programme, safety, and quality standards
* Lead and coordinate site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Implement and maintain site-specific health & safety plans in accordance with company and legal requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential projects of similar scale
* Minimum 5+ years site management experience
* Relevant construction qualification (Degree, Diploma, or Trade Background)
We require strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and Health & Safety legislation, excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Ability to drive a project from groundworks through to handover is essential.
