Key Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
* Meeting Coordination: Organise and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
* Project Management: Assist with special projects and initiatives Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for review and presentation.
* Office Management: Coordinate with the facilities department on any issues in office.
* Communication: Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
About the Role:
This is a permanent position that requires a high level of autonomy, discretion, and professionalism. The successful candidate will be expected to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives. Experience in project management and event planning is highly desirable.
