Overview
Opportunity for an Intermediate Planner to join the Life Science team in Kildare. The Intermediate Planner will support Senior Planners and the Regional Planner with planning and programming of design, procurement, and construction activities associated with the works. This role involves supporting programme and planning management during preconstruction and construction phases.

Responsibilities
* Support senior planners in defining the current programme status on all projects, with regular reviews of programmes, outputs, and phasing.
* Assist in developing tracking schedules to maintain information and control the production of programmes by subcontractors.
* Contribute to developing the baseline contract programme, covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover, ensuring all elements are fully logic linked with a critical path.
* Ensure planning assumptions and decisions adhere to Sisk’s Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.
* Support the development of construction methodology to demonstrate techniques and sequencing for safe project delivery.
Experience
* Membership of a relevant professional body, if applicable.
* 5+ years of experience.
* Experience using Project Frame Dashboard.
* Some experience working within a team.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent IT skills.
* Knowledge of industry best practices.
Qualifications
* Relevant degree or diploma in construction management.
* Proficiency in Primavera P6.
* Experience with MS Project.
* Training in presentation techniques.
* Contract awareness and understanding of JCT and NEC forms of contract.
