We are currently looking to recruit a Compliance Assistant to work within our Compliance Unit based in Dublin 2.

Requirements
Third Level Qualification, Relevant industry/compliance exams preferable.

Key Functions of the Role
Answering queries from members on Compliance
Review members Compliance documents and Advertising material
Assisting with the drafting and maintaining compliance documentation for members
Organising Committee Meetings
Attending Compliance Committee meetings and taking minutes
Researching websites etc. for issues that may affect Brokers including in other countries
Research of legislative issues e.g. new consultation papers
Research for submissions
Assisting with drafting of submissions
Providing compliance training and presentations for members
