Compliance Officer Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure adherence to regulations, National Standards and Professional Regulatory bodies' guidelines.
* Stay informed on standards and government publications related to the disability sector.
* Maintain accurate HR systems and ensure up-to-date personnel records, metrics and statistics.
* Properly archive files and prepare information as per requests from relevant authorities.
* Ensure compliance with relevant circulars, policies, procedures and GDPR guidelines.
* Review and maintain NPR Registrations, promote dignity at work and comply with safety regulations.
Requirements:
* Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or professional membership of CIPD.
* High proficiency in MS Office suite.
* 3-5 years of administration experience, including working with computer databases.
* Proven track record in high-volume recruitment data entry.
* Possession of a full clean driving license.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to exercise good judgment, discretion and confidentiality.
* Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
* Strong research and strategic thinking abilities.
* Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
* Change management and adaptability capabilities.
