Key Responsibilities:
* Create detailed drawings and models for buildings and structures using CAD software.
* Evaluate designs to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and statutory requirements.
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to finalize plans and resolve technical issues.
* Conduct site visits to gather data, take measurements, and inspect progress or completed work.
* Prepare and organize project documents, specifications, and reports.
Necessary Skills:
* Excellent technical skills in modelling and preparation of drawings and details in Revit are essential.
* Strong understanding of building codes and regulations (Ire & UK).
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
