The Senior Integrated Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand presence, generate leads and inform the end-to-end experience.
* Strategy Development: Create and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with commercial goals and objectives, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
* Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance.
* Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content, and events.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives, fostering a collaborative environment.
* Brand Consistency: Ensure brand messaging and visual identity are consistent across all marketing materials and channels, reinforcing value proposition.
* Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing or business.
* 15+ years' experience in marketing, a portion of which will be in B2B technology company.
* Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
* Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
