Our client, a leading professional services firm in Ireland with offices nationwide have a requirement for an Audit Manager to join their team based in their Limerick office.

The Position:
The Audit Senior Manager will have 5+ years PQE experience working in a medium/large practice environment.
You will work closely with experienced Partners, Directors and Managers on a portfolio of audit clients across a broad range of sectors such as pharma, manufacturing, technology, services and distribution.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional with strong leadership skills and extensive experience managing a large and varied client base.
Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to Partners, working towards the achievement of the firm goals.
Leading audit and audit exempt assignments from a combined pool of staff to achieve client satisfaction and attainable deadlines.
Manage and mentor a team of audit professionals.
Responsible for working to deadlines and within budget on each assignment.
Management of the firm's relationship with clients including service delivery and coordination of service offerings from other departments.
Stay abreast of changes in auditing standards and regulations.
Involvement in training of junior staff.
Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of the firm.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have the following:
Qualified Auditor or Accountant (ACA / ACCA).
You will have a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in a medium/large practice environment ideally.
Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and accounting principles.
Proven track record in managing and developing staff.
Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
Proven ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments efficiently.
Fluent English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
Excellent planning and organisational capabilities.
Ability to provide clear guidance to others.
