A leading developer in Meath is looking to hire an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a fast-moving, large-scale residential development. This site-based role offers the chance to play a key part in the financial management and successful delivery of a high-profile project. Responsibilities Manage subcontract packages and oversee payments to subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. Perform standard quantity surveying duties, including valuations and cost reporting. Undertake monthly internal valuations and produce monthly cost reports. Monitor budgets, variations, and financial progress of the project. Maintain accurate subcontractor and supplier contractual records. Support the delivery of residential, RC frame, apartment, and commercial building projects. Requirements 5+ years post-graduate experience in PQS or contractors office. House building/residential experience essential. Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills. Competent with Buildsoft, Cost-ex, or equivalent software, plus Microsoft Word and Excel. Salary & Benefits €70k - €78k Bonus Pension scheme with matching contributions. Full health insurance.
