Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts ReceivableIssue invoices, statements, and payment certificatesFollow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely collectionsUpload invoices to customer portals (Ariba, Coupa, Tungsten)Maintain VAT Form 56B certificate recordsAccounts PayableRetrieve invoices from supplier portals (Ayvens, Energia, Vodafone)Process and code invoices, allocate project numbersResolve supplier invoice and payment queriesVAT CompliancePrepare and submit bi-monthly VAT returnsManage complex intercompany and non-EU transactionsProject AdministrationMonitor project costs and ensure timely billingLiaise with project managers to close out completed projectsFollow up on retention paymentsPayroll SupportCollect and process weekly timesheetsMaintain monthly records of hours and expensesTrack and reconcile employee holidaysCash ManagementRecord daily cash receipts, including acquisition-related transactionsMaintain bank account access for audit and reportingExplore alternative reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)Skills & ExperienceStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExperience with finance systems and portals (Ariba, Coupa, Tungsten)Knowledge of VAT regulations and payroll processesProficiency in Excel and financial reporting toolsAbility to manage multiple tasks independently
