Key Responsibilities Design & Development:Lead and support the design of renewable energy systems, collaborating with internal and external teams to develop tailored solutions. Project Management:Manage full project lifecyclesfrom planning through to commissioningensuring delivery on time and within budget. Technical Expertise:Offer hands-on electrical and mechanical engineering support throughout project phases, troubleshooting as needed. Regulatory Compliance:Ensure all project activities meet required environmental, health, and safety standards and engineering best practices. Documentation & Reporting:Produce and manage accurate technical documentation, specifications, and project status reports. Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to integrate renewable solutions into new and existing developments. Innovation & Improvement:Keep informed of emerging technologies and trends in the renewable energy sector, suggesting improvements and efficiencies. Required Qualifications & Experience Education:Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Masters degree is an advantage). Experience:2+ years of professional experience in renewable energy projects or sustainability-focused engineering roles. Technical Proficiency:Competency in CAD software, renewable energy modelling tools, and project management systems. Certifications:Additional qualifications in renewable energy systems or project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) are desirable. Communication:Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of conveying technical detail to varied audiences. Problem Solving:Analytical thinker with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail. Teamwork:A collaborative approach with the ability to work across departments and drive project momentum.
