Overview of the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our hotel. Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee all departments to ensure seamless operation and achieve business objectives

* Maintain accurate financial records and control costs, ensuring the hotel operates within budget
* Recruit, train, and develop staff to achieve business goals and objectives
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a senior role
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
* Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel CRMS systems
* Able to think critically and make sound decisions, with a focus on delivering results
