The Tax Director will lead a team of experienced tax professionals and position the team for success and growth. Job responsibilitiesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely production of diverse tax reporting formsDevelop a comprehensive understanding of cross-functional business processes to identify automation opportunities and enhance client experiencesAssist in tax projects to refine processes and procedures, including cross Line of Business (LOB) strategic initiativesEnsure a robust control environment that meets risk and audit requirements is maintainedAnalyze data for consistency and accuracy; coordinate with relevant teams to implement necessary adjustmentsImplement and support business-as-usual processes for continuous information reporting and withholding complianceDeliver tax education and training as requiredDrive team goal through effective management and ensure targets are archivedRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills8+ years plus PQE as a Tax Professional, with domestic and international experience CTA/CPA qualificationStrong academic background in tax, law, accountancy, or related discipline.AEOI FATCA and CRS reporting experienceExcellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.Collaborative and motivated team player.Proven track record of managing teams across multiple jurisdictions and officesPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skillsStrong Global/US taxation knoweldgeManagement and mentoring experience of junior team membersExperience in taxation of share plan accounts
