Job Title: Senior Systems Analyst HRIS.
The role is a critical part of the implementation, integration and ongoing support of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) across our EU footprint. This will involve assessing business needs, designing and developing HRIS applications and modules, and evaluating information from various sources to distinguish user needs from actual business requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in system implementation, configuration, security administration, reporting, workflow and data integration for enterprise level applications such as Cornerstone HCM Cloud, Electronic Medical Records, and Patient Administration systems. A degree or certification in information technology or software life cycle management is required, with significant training in the support and maintenance of enterprise level applications preferred. Experience administering Cornerstone HCM Cloud application or other HR systems is also desirable. In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to partner effectively with stakeholders including project managers, consultants, IT leadership and end-users. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks, concerns and ambiguities during the gathering of requirements, and develop solutions in collaboration with project teams. As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing permissions, access and personalization for HRIS users, and overseeing and maintaining the optimal function of the HRIS through configuration, development, maintenance and upgrade to applications, systems and modules.
