DutiesE-Beam Process Operator related (Routine & Validation Process) Management and recording of incoming Goods: Receive customer batches for processing, perform quantity and quality checks, and complete associated batch records (electronic and paper records).Preparation of products for processing.Ensure all products are labeled correctly and inform the E-Beam Supervisor of any discrepancies.Prepare dosimeters for routine and validation batches and maintain records.Handle routine and validation batches on the E-Beam conveyor and prepare products for shipping.Read dosimeters for routine and validation batches and maintain records.Ensure correct labeling and identification of products for shipping.Report any damage during the E-Beam process to the Supervisor.Assist with shipping of customer batches, including quality checks and record keeping.Support the Technical Department with equipment qualification and calibration activities.Duties - cont'dQuality Maintain accurate records of all activities.Complete documentation to the highest standards as per SOPs.Attend required training sessions.Report deviations or problems to the Supervisor.Keep training records updated and reflective of current practices.Time Keeping and Attendance Fill in timekeeping records daily and swipe access control cards when entering/exiting.Notify the Supervisor of any absences following company policies.Duties - cont'dAssist with dose map activities as required.Ensure all relevant paperwork is prepared for the Technical Department.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the E-Beam area.General Production Support Assist other production departments as needed.Duties - cont'dOther Responsibilities and Duties Report process-related issues to the Supervisor.Participate in environmental and personnel radiation monitoring.Attend medical examinations as required.Develop and implement systems for product traceability in E-Beam processing.Support specific production projects.Education DegreeRequired ExperienceSTERIS is a leading global provider of products and services supporting patient care, emphasizing infection prevention.
