About Your New Job
* Produce structural steel design and fabrication drawings and data for CNC machines.
* Create detailed drawings for gates and railings.
* Prepare site erection drawings and coordinate with engineers and architects throughout project lifecycles.
* Generate materials lists and cutting lists for fabrication and assembly.
* Provide technical specifications on project drawings, including material grades, paint systems, and bolt specifications.
* Liaise closely with the workshop team to ensure smooth project execution.
* Maintain all drawing office documentation and filing in line with company procedures and CE accreditation standards.
* Develop fabrication drawings in compliance with specified CE execution classes.
* Submit drawings promptly to meet tight deadlines.
* Generate 3D models to assist with project pricing.
What Skills You Need
* Minimum of 3 years of experience using Tekla software.
* A background in metal fabrication and/or steel fitting is highly advantageous.
* Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with various departments.
* Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Proficiency in developing and managing detailed project documentation.
