Roles and Responsibilities:
Your Key Responsibilities:
7. Oversee daily operations to deliver high-quality early years education and care.
8. Lead, mentor, and support staff in creating safe, nurturing environments.
9. Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and best practices.
10. Collaborate with families, colleagues, and leadership teams.
11. Drive curriculum planning and support individualized needs.
12. Manage administrative tasks, including enrollments, schedules, and records.
13. Champion staff training, performance reviews, and professional growth.
The ideal candidate must possess
Key Requirements:
14. A passion for working with children (essential).
15. Education: Minimum Level 8 in Early Childhood Education (desired).
16. Experience: At least 5 years, with 3+ years leading a large team in an Irish early years setting.
17. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
18. Expertise in early years regulations and child-centered approaches.
19. Passion for providing quality care and education to children.
20. Eagerness to support colleagues in practice and complete administrative tasks.
