About the Role
eBay is seeking a Senior Manager, Teaming to lead our global teaming strategy. The successful candidate will shape how teams collaborate, grow and perform, working closely with Talent Success, Leadership Development, Talent Success Partners, People Business Partners and business leaders.
The role requires designing, delivering and evaluating teaming experiences that support teams across all stages of their development journey. This includes leading strategy, continuous improvement and scaling of core teaming offerings, translating teaming strategy into practical learning and development experiences, and strengthening team capabilities and alignment with our expectations.
Key responsibilities include partnering with Talent Success colleagues, People Business Partners and senior leaders to identify teaming needs, evaluating program effectiveness using data, insights and feedback, managing resource allocation, building and managing partnerships with external vendors, and championing a culture of teaming and continuous learning.
