Employment Caseworker Position
This challenging and rewarding role involves working with clients to provide intensive employment support services.
About the Role:
As an Employment Caseworker, you will manage a caseload of clients, coordinating internal specialists and external organisations to deliver a personalised support service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement case management plans for clients, focusing on achieving sustainable employment.
2. Utilise assessment technology to identify clients' goals, ambitions, and barriers to employment.
3. Provide coaching and mentoring to clients, including job search support when necessary.
4. Identify and recommend training solutions in consultation with tutors, addressing specific learning needs.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local labour market.
The ideal candidate will possess a Leaving Certificate or equivalent, minimum three years experience in a customer-focused environment, strong IT skills, excellent administrative abilities, and fluency in English.
