About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Finance professional to join our fast-growing team. As a Corporate Finance Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on strategic financial decisions, including mergers and acquisitions. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping our clients achieve their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. ACA/ACCA qualified with 1-2 years' PQE and relevant experience in corporate finance, audit, or a related field, preferably within a Top 10 firm.
2. Excellent technical proficiency in financial analysis and project management, with a commercial outlook and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
3. Strong support for strategic initiatives, business development efforts, and client relationship management.
4. A self-starter with a passion for personal growth and development within a dynamic international network.
