Responsibilities:
* Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, escorting them to their tables, and presenting menus.
* Take precise and accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and relayed to the kitchen and bar.
* Serve food and beverages promptly and attentively, ensuring guest satisfaction and exceeding their expectations.
* Provide detailed knowledge of menu items, offering recommendations and answering any questions guests may have.
* Maintain a clean and organised dining area, including table setting and clearing, to create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and maintain a high standard of customer care.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service is required. We value individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and deliver outstanding service under pressure.
* Attention to detail to ensure honesty, accuracy & integrity in order taking and serving.
