About Your New Job
As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key support role in delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget. Working alongside a team of experienced Quantity Surveyors & Estimators, you'll support the commercial team in managing project costs from start to finish. Your role includes assisting with cost estimates, contract admin, valuations, and reporting.
This is a great opportunity to build your skills in cost management, procurement, and project coordination while gaining real-world experience in the construction industry
What You'll need
As Junior Quantity Surveyor, you will be required to have the following:
* A degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field (or working towards one)
* Strong numeracy and analytical skills
* Good communication and teamwork abilities
* Basic understanding of construction processes and cost control
* Familiarity with MS Excel and industry software (e.g., Bluebeam, CostX, or similar)
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Attention to detail and good organizational skills
* A driving license and site experience are a plus, but not essential.
