Head of Food Production Line Baile an Ard Foods is a small, busy salad food manufacturer.
We are looking for a Head of our Food Production Line to oversee and manage the manufacture of our food products in our production line.
Rate: € p/h based on experience Location: Lyre, Clonakilty Hours: Full Time or Part Time hours typically 6am-1pm, Monday – Friday, infrequent Saturday work.
Role requirements: Contribute to, oversee, maintain and enhance food production line.
Vegetable prep, preparing product for filling and packing.
Quality control.
Stock control.
Manage a small and experienced team.
Maintain HACCP and Food Safety Standards Must have: Food operations line experience Food preparation experience Experience adhering to HACCP and food safety standards A flexible, hands-on approach A positive outlook Private transport to our production unit in Lyre, outside of Clonakilty town.
Full permission to work in Ireland.
