Role Overview
As an Operations Administrator, you'll be a part of a client-focused team responsible for life policy administration, from new business processing to investment management and claims processing. Your primary clients will be from our Swedish client base. In addition to delivering outstanding customer care, you'll contribute to our team's knowledge-sharing culture and have opportunities to collaborate with internal Business and IT teams to expand your expertise.
Key Qualifications
* A degree from a university or business school
* Experience with insurance, pensions, or investment products
* Strong problem-solving abilities and ownership mentality
* Proactive, positive attitude with effective communication skills
* Fluency in both English and Swedish
* Analytical skills to manage complex information
