We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Lead to join our team in Cork. Reporting to the Regional Director/Regional MEP Lead, you will have responsibility for the delivery of MEP systems across designated large and multiple smaller scale projects that meet the company's objectives of safety, quality, and energy.

* Support the tender and award of MEP packages in accordance with the required project pre-construction and procurement strategy, and objectives.
* Ensure temporary electrical requirements for their projects including load and energy assessments are in line with management system guidelines.
* Take responsibility for MEP integration and project delivery as part of the overall project team.
You will work closely with utility companies from the outset of the project to ensure their infrastructural and interface requirements are understood, communicated, and adhered to.
Requirements
* Over 6 years' work experience in managing large-scale and complex MEP related projects.
* An understanding of the MEP supply chain market and dynamics.
* Professional competence through operational involvement in all phases of large-scale complex projects.
* Demonstrated technical, effective interpersonal, and commercial skills necessary to deliver MEP projects.
A relevant degree in building services, mechanical or electrical engineering is essential, along with membership of an industry-related professional institution such as CIBSE/CIOB/IEI or equivalent.
