*Engineering Administrator**Location: Dublin 15**Duration: Permanent**39 Hours per week**Overview of the Role:*The Engineering Administrator will assist the Veolia site Contract Manager and our client Utilities Manager in all aspects of our Critical Utilities contract on a leading pharmaceutical site based in Dublin.*Day to Day of the Role:*Workday administrator for the Veolia site teamPurchase Order Requestor for the site team, as directed by the Veolia Contract ManagerRequisition stationery and consumables as required.Requisition PPE and safety equipment for the Operational group as requested. Maintain the onsite stock of PPE for the department and track the costs associated with this.Training Co-ordinator:1 - Co-ordinate site training for the Veolia and client utilities' Engineering team utilising the site Success Factors training system2 - Ensure each individual is notified of current training requirements and schedule training as required3 - Report out on the Utilities Engineering Training percentageAdministrative work supporting the Central Maintenance Management System (CMMS).Provide DMS (Document Management System) administrative support for the Utilities Engineering Group.Liaising with vendors to ensure that they are compliant with site requirements prior to coming.Update red-lined SOPS's and other documentation s instructed by the Veolia site managerSupport on-going projects and initiatives within the Utilities' Engineering Team as requiredAssist with any Data Administration required as instructed by the Veolia Contract Manager.Preparation of the site monthly report for the contract governance meeting.*Required Skills for the Role:*EssentialLeaving Cert or aboveHave good computer skills, particularly Microsoft ExcelStrong customer focus, with good interpersonal skills and a flexible approachExcellent organisational skillsExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenExcellent interpersonal skillsPositive "Can do" attitudeTeam playerAbility to work on own initiativeAbility to prioritise dutiesAbility to work in a fast paced environment and to tight deadlinesDesirableExperience with computerised Maintenance Management Systems, Maximo in particularPlease note:If you are an EU/EEA national, you will be asked to show proof of right to work in Ireland.If you are a non-EU/EEA national, you will require current and valid permission to work and reside in the Republic of Ireland.Information on legislation and guides to the procedures in relation to obtaining greencard permits ,work permits, spousal/dependant permits is available on the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation website.Here at Veolia, we're proud to be known as an equal opportunities employer.
