We're looking for an organised, empathetic, and proactive individual to join our busy Orthotics Department as a Booking Co-ordinator. In this key role, you'll help ensure patients receive timely, high-quality care by managing appointment scheduling, maintaining accurate records, and supporting both inpatient and outpatient services. The also includes providing cross-cover to partner services as required.As the first point of contact for many patients - whether face-to-face, over the phone, or via email - you'll play a vital role in delivering a compassionate and professional service. You'll also work closely with clinical teams, coordinate waiting lists, and contribute to the smooth running and continuous improvement of the service.We're looking for candidates with strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work collaboratively.
