Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic Finance team as a Financial Expert for Financial Operations. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless operations within the organization.
This individual must be highly motivated and part qualified or fully qualified in accounting (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
Key Responsibilities
* Preparation of month management accounts, providing insightful variance analysis and commentary.
* Ensure the integrity of the general ledger and all financial records.
* Ensure intercompany transactions are reconciled accurately and foreign exchange is managed correctly during consolidation.
* Prepare and submit VAT & HMRC and other relevant tax returns accurately and on time (VAT, RTD, VIES, PAYE).
* Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
* Provide financial support and analysis to the CFO.
Payroll Processing & Supplier Management
* Manage and oversee the end-to-end payroll process for group entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legislation.
* Prepare and submit payroll-related reports and returns to relevant authorities.
* Manage the Supplier ledger.
General
* Foster collaboration within the organization and liaise effectively with other departments and external stakeholders.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
* Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and research as required.
