About the Role As a Construction Planner, you will be responsible for validating lead times with suppliers and integrating them int the programme. You will contribute to value engineering and buildability reviews, ensuring programmes are practial and efficient while ensuring compliance with Irish Building Regulations, planning permissions, and Health & Safety legislation. Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations, planning permissions, and Health & Safety legislation. Qualifications Degree or diploma in Construction Management or Engineering. Minimum 35 years experience in planning within residential construction. Required Skills Proven experience as a Construction Planner, preferably within the residential development sector in Ireland. Proficiency in Asta Powerproject software (essential). Strong technical understanding of the Irish housebuilding process from greenfield site to handover, including groundworks, utilities, timber frame/traditional build, and fit-out. Knowledge of Irish construction regulations, planning requirements, and BCAR (Building Control Amendment Regulations). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders. Strong reporting and presentation skills.
