Job Description
The Supply Chain Director is responsible for overseeing the procurement, distribution, and storage of materials and equipment. They manage facilities to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic procurement plans to support business objectives.
* Monitor supplier performance in terms of cost, quality, and delivery.
* Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
* Manage facilities and associated services to optimize operational performance.
* Maintain compliance with internal procedures, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Supply Chain Management).
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within a project-focused environment.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.
* Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
