You'll also play a key role in supporting the delivery of a company-wide training and development programme.This is an exciting opportunity to join a business undergoing ambitious growth and transformation, with the chance to make a real difference across multiple functions.We will be accepting applications for those looking for either a full-time or part-time position based on experience, current situations and future career ambitions.Key Responsibilities:Executive & SLT Support:Provide professional administrative support to members of the SLT, including calendar management, meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external use.Track key actions, decisions, and follow-ups across the leadership team.Departmental Administration:Coordinate documentation, trackers, reports, and project updates across departments (Commercial, Design, Projects, Operations).Assist in the preparation of client-facing materials, including bid documents and submission packs.Maintain digital filing systems and document version control.Programme & Training Support:Support the scheduling, tracking, and reporting of activities related to our clients internal training and development programme.Liaise with internal stakeholders and external providers to coordinate training logistics.Maintain accurate training records and prepare related reports.Office & Team Support:Support internal communications, workshop logistics, and cross-functional team meetings.Assist with general office administration tasks as required, ensuring high standards of organisation and confidentiality.Required Skills and Experience:Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative or coordinator role, ideally supporting senior managers or teams.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); SharePoint or Teams a plus.Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Proactive and professional approach with strong attention to detail.Desirable Attributes:Experience in a technical, construction, engineering, or manufacturing environment.Confident liaising across departments and with external stakeholders.A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic and evolving business.Job Type: Full-timePay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per yearBenefits:On-site parkingWork from homeExperience:Administration: 3 years (preferred)Work Location: In person
